Return & Refund Policy

1  Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 21 calendar days of the date your order is marked “delivered.” Requests received after day 21 cannot be accepted.

2  Eligibility Checklist

Requirement Details
Condition Item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition it arrived.
Packaging Original tags, accessories, manuals, and branded packaging are included.
Proof of purchase Order number or receipt is enclosed in the package and referenced in your email request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or downloadable software
  • Health, hygiene, or intimate goods that have been unsealed
  • Clearance or “final sale” items (clearly marked on the product page)

3  How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: bswxeco@gmail.com
    Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
  2. Await authorization: Our support team will reply within one business day with an RMA number and instructions.
  3. Ship it back:
    • Write the RMA on the outside of the box.
    • Send to:

    • Use a trackable service. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4  Refunds

We will email you once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of arrival).

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is not visible after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.

5  Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within the same 21-day window. We will reserve your replacement and ship it after the original item has been received and approved. Outbound shipping for the replacement is free; return shipping remains your responsibility.

6  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  1. Email bswxeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damage or wrong item plus the shipping label.
  3. We will issue a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7  International Returns

International customers follow the same steps outlined above. Mark the package “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to avoid customs duties. Any import fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
